A wood staircase with loft leads from the living room up to two additional rooms and a bathroom on the mansard level.

A small building housing a wood-burning oven has been brought back to it’s original state.

There is an annex for a total of 190 sqmt that can be restored as a guest house and/or pool house.

Plenty of space for a swimming pool.  It is possible to purchase more  land from the neighbour.

The dwelling only needs some personal finishing touches such as painting and landscaping. Bathroom fixtures are completely installed; walls may be painted or tiled.  Custom made double-paned doors and windows are in oak.
