10.000m sq of land, including
5.000m sq of ancient olive trees, the rest landscaped with natural Mediterranean bush including an oak and holm-oak tree forest.
The building consists of 2 renovated “Pagliares”, centuries-old stone constructions, round in form with 2 metre thick stone walls, linked by an active stone wood-burning oven still fully functional.
The architectural intervention was to restructure the “Pagliares” and integrate 2 new but connected villas of the Pagliare style with the old forms,with the outside surfaces being covered in typical stone.
The excavation for a 12x4 swimming pool has already been done.
