In the southern Cvennes, between Nmes and Montpellier and less than an hour from the sea, project of development of a residential leisure park, which has been accepted by the authorities and could comprise up to 86 plots of land for building bungalows/chalets, for instance:
43 plots of 400 sq. m., 30 plots of 510 sq. m., 8 plots of 575 sq. m., 5 plots of 625 sq. m. and communal infrastructure. The park extends over 17 hectares, of which 4.3 hectares are developed and private, and 12.7 hectares are made up of open space, with meadows, scrubland and even areas of water.
